Which IP needs to be bound to the Eagle host to resolve the domain name?

There is a very puzzling thing about the Eagle host. Its FTP address and the virtual host IP are different. When I first purchased it, I didn’t know that for this reason, the resolved domain name was bound to the FTP IP. As a result, I couldn’t access the website. Later After searching for a long time, I found out that the IP address that needs to be bound to the domain name can be found in the cpanel panel.
