The following is a three-part tutorial on recharging, registration and real-name authentication
First, we will first solve the recharge problem for everyone. This is also the most common problem that is difficult for customers to solve
1. The first recharge method (applicable to users who register through agent links)

2. The second recharge method (applicable to registered users of Huawei Cloud International official website)
After successful registration, you will be prompted that there is no payment method and cannot be used, then click Bind
Huawei Cloud International currently supports VISA/MasterCard credit card recharge (debit cards need to submit a work order for processing)
After the credit card is successfully bound, it can be used to purchase products, but you must provide the billing address later, otherwise it will be risk-controlled and cannot be used. Note: Virtual credit cards are not available

Click to agree to all options and then click to register to proceed to the next step
For email registration, the region is generally Hong Kong. The region selected for registration must be consistent with the region where the real-name authentication data is located (for example: the authentication data provided in Hong Kong when registering must also be from Hong Kong)
Select skip the mobile phone number (the account registered on the official website must verify the mobile phone number because the mobile phone number must be verified when binding a credit card)
Click Agree on the first option, then confirm the activation and association and the registration is successful
As shown below, the registration is successful, then click to enter the console (Note: Newly registered accounts are frozen, please contact customer service (TG: xiaoshizi999) and the account will return to normal after recharging)
Second, the following is the Huawei Cloud International Account Enterprise Real-name Authentication Tutorial
If you want to purchase a server in mainland China, you need to submit real-name authentication. Huawei Cloud International Station supports two authentication methods: personal and enterprise. For personal real-name authentication, just submit the front and back of your passport or driver's license. After submission, wait for review by Huawei Cloud (the review time is about two hours). After passing the review, you can purchase Huawei Cloud services in mainland China. Currently, Huawei Cloud has The four major regions of East China, North China, South China and Southwest China basically cover the use of customers in major regions in mainland China. When you purchase a server in mainland China, you will be prompted to complete real-name authentication before purchasing.
Then we click Authentication in the account information
In the next step, a prompt will pop up to indicate that real-name authentication is required for purchases in the four major regions of mainland China
The required items can be filled in truthfully and consistently according to the company license information (the account registration area and the international area of license information need to be consistent), and the front side of the company license can be uploaded (taking Hong Kong as an example)
After the information is filled in and submitted, there will be a review period of about two hours. If the review is passed, you will be notified by email. The picture below shows the account that has been certified. You can then use services in mainland China
