DreamHost host refund application process

The first step is to log in to the DreamHost control backend, select Manage Account in the Billing&Account menu on the left, and click Close Account to start applying for account cancellation.

The second step is to check the account details and the amount of the drawing. The refund amount that can be obtained (Final Balance Summary) will be displayed here. During the refund guarantee period, users can get a full refund. If a domain name has been registered, the domain name registration fee of US$6.99 will be deducted. Click Proceed to Next Step to proceed to the next step.

The third step is to check the summary of the host situation. If there are no services in use, click Proceed to Next Step to enter the next step.

The fourth step, DreamHost has a related survey, you can choose the reason for closing your account and your satisfaction with DreamHost products, check Final Cancellation Confirmation, and click Close Account xxx Now.

Step 5: Finally, it will show that the account has been closed the day after tomorrow, and DreamHost will return your payment to the account from which the payment was made.

After the account is closed and refunded, the user can use the account to purchase a new host (Add a Hosting Plan), but the price is no longer the preferential price for the first purchase.
