Turn off Windows 2003 IE enhanced security configuration tutorial method

Generally speaking, the Windows VPS systems we use are all using the 2003 version. Of course, now they are also starting to install the 2008 and 2012 version systems. I have never used the latter two. When using Win 2003 and opening a website with IE browser, I will be prompted with the question "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is blocking content from the following website." Each website needs to be set as a whitelisted trusted site before it can be opened.

So how do you set up to turn off the enhanced security configuration of Windows 2003 IE?

In Add and Remove Components, uncheck "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration", and then proceed to the next step to complete. This way no warning will pop up.
