Today’s first article shares how to create a virtual machine. How to create a windows and linux virtual machine. This machine was applied for the Windows Azure China version. The first step is to log in to the Windows Azure management terminal

After we activate it, we will be given a login address and a username and password, and then we can log in.

Login management address: https://manage.windowsazure.cn/

On the left side of the management panel, we see the virtual machine options menu. After clicking it, you can "Create a virtual machine" on the right side;

The second step is to create the Windows virtual machine (VPS) we need

Snail here chooses quick creation, you can choose WIN2012 Chinese version and you can choose up to 8 core 56G memory (good for mining, haha); and according to our needs, for example, if you want to build a site or other needs, you can choose North Or the Eastern Data Center.

After creation, you need to wait for configuration and startup.

The third step, log in to Windows AzureWindows VPS Remote Desktop

The WIN virtual machine we created above is configured and shown as running, which means it has been installed. Then we can remotely connect and manage.

You can see the word Connection under the current virtual machine. After clicking it, you can download the created remote desktop connection laozuo.rdp, and then click it to quickly boot and log in;

Enter the connection username and password we set.

After logging in, take a look at the configuration of the remote desktop computer. This is the configuration I selected above. The specific way to play with WIN is still very simple, just like our local computer, whether to install software and hang up, or mine (the traffic is only enough for me to mine for one day).

Creating Linux is relatively simple. In the third step above, we see the "Create" connection at the bottom of the left side. You can continue to add and create new virtual machines, and then select Linux in the system.

After selecting the system, you can create it. Waiting for configuration like WIN.

After creation, click on the running laozuolinux machine to see the information of the current LINUX machine including the IP address;

See the public IP address we need, and then we can use XSHELL to log in (recommended reading: Free multi-tab SSH client: Xshell and SecureCRT). There is a problem that needs to be noted. When logging in with SSH, the user name is not set by us. The account name is the default \\"azureuser\\", and the password is the one we set.
