Under the full guidance of Taiwanese friends, I started to fill in the APNIC IP+Mem application information online on 20190519. https://forms.apnic.net/newmember/newmember.html Check out the fees here

1. Start filling in the application information https://forms.apnic.net/newmember/newmember.html#page/applicant I won’t go into filling in the information. You should be able to figure out what information needs to be filled in by translating it online.

2. Received the first email in 20190521 You can see that I left a British phone number here (foreshadowing... I will talk about it later)

3. Received the second manual email on 20190521 3.1 It said that I had applied repeatedly (nothing happened after two days of application on the 19th, so I applied again) 3.2 I am asked to submit a statement of the company's public account (directly printed the statement of the company's public account in April 2019) 3.3 Company’s authorization letter for this application 3.4 Company official website 3.5 I am reminded that the email address of the company’s contact person cannot be a general email address. It needs to be a personal email address of the company. For example: Erxiao.wang@gggg.com 3.6 Add technical and billing contacts to the account. (Changed to technology as a contact person and finance as a contact person) 3.6 Your own passport or ID issued by a state agency (take a photo of your own passport) I have provided them one by one according to your needs. This is the authorization letter I found online. I don’t know if it’s right or not, but I passed anyway.

4. 20190523 Received the third manual email Ask me why I left a British contact information before and let me explain clearly. (I submitted it because I didn’t want my contact information to be exposed, but I couldn’t say it directly. People just want real contact information) My explanation is. This is my favorite number, I have been using this number for 5 or 6 years. If this item does not comply with the application rules, please help me change the contact number to 0000000 and so on.

5. 20190527 Received the fourth manual email To put it bluntly, I changed my contact information to the number in mainland China. 5.1 Confirm with me that I want to apply for IPv4: /23 + IPv6: /32 + ASN: 1 5.2 Tell me that as of Friday, April 5, 2019, APNIC has approved Prop-127. This is disgusting. As for why, please see the link https://www.apnic.net/community/policy/proposals/prop-127 5.3 It is necessary to provide how the IP will be used and how to use these 2 Cs (I said I sell VPS and I have used 200 IPs in 2 months.) 5.4 Provide the IP currently used by the company 5.5 Tell them where you plan to deploy your business (I said Hong Kong) 5.6 Provide the company's equipment model, quantity and cost** contract (directly use the hardware rental contract between the company and two computer rooms in Hong Kong in the past two months, and take pictures of 4 cabinets and our network equipment) 5.7 Notify that when applying for V4, we will also give you some V6 5.8 Confirm your application needs and ensure the authenticity of your application information

6. 20190529 Received the fifth manual email Because I am a bitch and say that the IP address of /23 is not enough. As a result, APNIC once again explained to me why new members can only apply for /23. A waste of 3 working days (MMP) And quickly reply to me accepting the V4 of /23

7. 20190531 Received the sixth manual email Inform that the submitted information can issue /23 IPV4 for our company But I still need to provide two AS numbers Before we proceed, can you please provide the AS numbers of the two local peers your organization intends to/is multihoming with. I provide you with an AS number for each of our two computer rooms in Hong Kong

8. 20190603 Received the seventh manual email Finally BBBBB is over and you can pay. After reviewing the information provided, I am please to inform you that your application for a /23 IPv4 allocation, and 4 byte AS number has been approved.

You will receive the invoice for your application in a separate email. Once we have received your payment, we will delegate the resources into your account in one working day.

9. 20190603 paid 1873AUD via Visa credit card online, equivalent to RMB 8989.24

10. After the payment was completed, 20190603 notified me that my APNIC account could be opened based on the specified information, and the AS was issued, but the IP would still take 2 working days.

This is basically the end.
