Tutorial on making Windows dd package

2. Unzip the ISO to get install.wim 3. Mount the image and expand: File->Mount Image, DISM++ release install.wim to D:\MOUNT (uncheck read-only mode) 4. Optimize the image: Optimize in DISM++, install language pack, add VirtIO driver, turn off UAC, etc., save the new image Suggestion: Select Driver Management –> Add Driver –> Select the driver directory you just unzipped –> Click on the corresponding operating system version under each file directory –> Confirm to add the driver Optional: Install language pack Optional: Select Update Management–>Scan–>Install to start installing updates Optional: Select space reclamation, select all options, Scan->Clean 5.
