Tier.Net is a long-established American business founded in 2013. Its predecessor can be traced back to the 1990s. It mainly operates VPS, virtual hosting, cloud services, independent server rental and hosting, with data centers in Dallas, Xiamen, USA. Lott, Ashburn, Bend, Latham, New York, and Staten Island, New York. The biggest feature of their VPS is that they have higher configurations. They all have at least 2 IPs. Additional IPs can be added. There seems to be no upper limit. Adding IPs is easy. It's very cheap, only US$1 each.
