I received an email from WebSound yesterday, informing me that the VPS business will be closed soon (March 10, 2019) and will be migrated to hostodo. Friends who have a VPS in WebSound need to register an account with hostodo and then send a work order to migrate the VPS:

You are receiving this email because you currently have an active VPS service on WebSound, which will be affected by upcoming changes in the coming weeks.

We regret to announce that WebSound has decided to complete the retirement of some services, and therefore, we will no longer continue to provide VPS services for the foreseeable future. Following a strategic review of our services we have concluded that these do not meet our brand standards and due to other commitments we are no longer able to continue to invest in the future of these specific services to improve these services for future years and ensure our customers receive The standard of service they deserve and expect.

As a WebSound customer, you are our top priority, so we make sure to provide our customers with some clear paths and options.

We have communicated with HostToDo, a provider that offers very similar services in Los Angeles, and we have made arrangements to allow our customers to migrate services to them if you choose to do so.

In order to benefit from this offer, you should register an account with HosToDo by clicking here and then open a support ticket, providing proof of your current service, specifically the service type and expiry date. HostToDo will match our client's free service until the expiry date of the client's holding with us.

WebSound will continue to provide current KVMH nodes and services until March 10, 2019, so our customers must create an account with HostToDo and update services as soon as possible. Once March 10th arrives, all VPS services will be offline, so it is absolutely crucial that our customers complete their migration as quickly as possible.
