CloudCone’s cheap annual VPS: Los Angeles MC datacenter, minimum annual payment $20

CloudCone has updated its cheap VPS plan with a $20 annual plan that provides 1TB of monthly traffic. CloudCone still only has the MC datacenter in Los Angeles, USA. However, the MC datacenter had previously been connected to CN2 by China Telecom, so Telecom also had CN2 in its line (officially not guaranteed). CloudCone charges by the hour, which is cheaper. The US VPS that pays $20 per year is relatively cheap, and provides a large bandwidth of 1Gbps. It supports Alipay payment, and the IP is also relatively cheap. Changing the IP costs $2/time, which increases IP is $1/time/month.
