1. Notes on Hostwinds registration

2. How to change IP in Hostwinds

After successfully purchasing Hostwinds VPS, if the IP is unavailable and cannot be connected, you can use the Fix ISP Block function of Hostwinds. This function is currently completely free and has no limit on the number of uses. However, there is no guarantee that the new IP will be available. If it does not work, Just keep changing.
