1. DMIT IP replacement TOS

The official statement is as follows:
Update of the USLAX IP replacement policy:
ANY customer can ask for IP replacement for free every 15 days, but you have to have more than 30 days of services time. If you want to replace the IP address immediately, it will cost 5USD.
For IP Care+ of US LAX, there are no changes.
Los Angeles CN2 GIA plans that are not monthly paid and have more than 30 days remaining can change the IP every 15 days, otherwise the IP replacement fee is $5.
The previous DMIT replacement IP policy was as follows (dmit.io -> TOS -> IP Replacement Policy):
18.1 IP whose TCP is blocked by the firewall in mainland China can be replaced every natural month.
18.2 The precondition of 18.1 is that the VM package is non-monthly payment and the expiration date of the server are more than 30 days.
18.3 IP that has been DDOS is not allowed to be replaced.
18.4 IP change fee for monthly payment order is $5 each time (Limit replacement every 30 days).
That is to say, the previous free replacement was every 30 days, and the DMIT Hong Kong VPS plan should still be replaced every 30 days, because the statement only said that it was the Los Angeles plan.
