UC Browser complained: The PC was attacked by Digital and Penguin. Is it true?

The PC version of UC Browser issued a "Statement on the Deletion of the UC Main Program" today. The statement stated that after a series of investigations, the cause was basically determined to be a malicious attack from the anti-virus software of "Digital Company" and "Penguin Company".

Recently, many users reported that after upgrading UC Browser, after clicking the desktop shortcut, Windows reported an error saying "UC Browser main program is missing".

UC also stated in the statement that the attacks suffered include deleting the main program and intercepting the main program, causing it to not function properly. The "digital company" mentioned by UC is displayed in green, and is suspected to be Qihoo 360, while the "Penguin Company" is Tencent.

UC insiders told TechWeb, "It is common for them to intercept us. We have communicated with them many times, but it does not always work."
