This time, the "Regulations" also have strict restrictions on gifts. The "Regulations" require that products included in centralized online promotions should provide "three guarantees" services in accordance with the provisions of the "Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law" and the "Product Quality Law".

At the same time, the "Regulations" also clearly prohibit the fictitious transaction volume, turnover, false positive reviews, deletion of negative reviews, etc. in promotions, and clarify that third-party e-commerce platforms and online store merchants that violate the above requirements will be punished.

In addition, the "Regulations" also give third-party trading platforms regulatory powers and obligations. The "Regulations" require that third-party trading platforms should inspect and monitor the promotional activities of online centralized promotion operators. If any violations of industrial and commercial administrative laws, regulations, and rules are found, they should report to the industrial and commercial administrative department where the platform operator is located.
