Event description

Help rules:

1. During the event, new and old Tencent Cloud users can initiate a support event to obtain free upgrade qualifications by clicking "Initiate Help" on the event page;

2. During the event, there are a limit of 2,000 initiating assistance quotas per day. Once the quota is full on that day, new assistance cannot be initiated. You need to wait until the initiating assistance quota is refreshed at 00:00 the next day before reinitiating; 3. After initiating assistance, users can invite other users to participate in assistance by sharing exclusive links; each user can only assist one friend once per day;

4. If a user successfully assists 5 users within 24 hours after initiating assistance, he or she can obtain a free upgrade from the lightweight application server 1-core 2G6M package (1-core 2G 60GB SSD 6M 1000GB) to the 2-core 4G6M package. (2 Core 4G 60GB SSD 6M 1000GB) Qualification. Users can go to the lightweight application server console to upgrade the corresponding instance. Free upgrade qualifications will be retained until 18:00 on October 19, 2021;

5. Each time the assistance is initiated, the validity period is 24 hours. The countdown starts from the time when the assistance is initiated and expires. If 5 users are not successfully invited to participate in the assistance within 24 hours, the assistance will fail. After the assistance fails, Users can re-initiate a new round of assistance;

6. After the upgrade, the instance expiration renewal price is the same as the new package renewal price; "Worry-Free Plan" active instances do not support this upgrade; "Cloud Campus" active instances will no longer enjoy the preferential renewal price after upgrading;
