Sometimes the IP of the Bricklayer VPS will be abnormal, resulting in the inability to use it normally. At this time, you need to change the IP. Tilemovers officially provides two ways to change the IP. One is to change it for free every 10 weeks. When the IP fails for the first time, it can be replaced directly, and then it will have to wait until 10 weeks later. One is to change the IP for a fee, which can be changed at any time. This article will talk about these two specific methods of changing IP.
1. Free IP change
First, log in to the KiwiVM control panel. The specific operation is to log in to the customer center, under Service-My Service, select the VPS you want to operate, and then click on KiwiVM Control Panel to enter the KiwiVM panel.
After logging in to the KiwiVM panel, enter the following URL directly in the browser address bar:
https://kiwivm.64clouds.com/main-exec.php?mode=blacklistcheck
Then click Test Main IP. The test results will then be displayed. If IP NOT BLOCKED is displayed, it means that the IP is normal and there is no problem. If IP BLOCKED is displayed, it means there is a problem with the IP. Then there will be an option for you to change the IP (Replace main ip). Of course, the first time is free, and subsequent replacements will be free every 10 weeks.
2. Change IP for a fee
First log in to the Bricklayer Customer Center, then open the IP change page and click directly to the Bricklayer official website to change the IP address. As shown in the picture below, click Request IP Change behind the IP you want to change. After completing the payment, you can get a new available IP. But the price is not cheap.
Currently we have no other choice but to purchase a new IP. Free IP address changes are not supported. But we can use the first method to check whether the IP has been blocked.
