Prometeus, established in 1997, is a long-established Italian hosting provider, registered in Milan (VAT# IT02887160964), ASN number AS34971, and has a subsidiary IperWeb LLC in the United States, which owns cloud Service brand iwStack, Prometeus was acquired by Cdlan in January 2023. The main data centers are Milan, Pune, Dallas, Bucharest, and Amsterdam.

After the acquisition, Cdlan invested in new hardware to replace old equipment. The XenPower product line (TeraKVM product line) will be offline and will be replaced by KPOWER products. Online, old users can obtain new packages and migrate by themselves, and the IP will not change. The newly launched KPOWER series processor is AMD EPYC 7443P.
