How to renew the Bandwagonhost VPS host and common renewal issues

Bandwagonhost used to be a cheap host provider. It is estimated that many friends’ cheap vps hosts are about to be renewed. Unfortunately, there is no renewal button in the backend. Bandwagonhost official also has clear instructions:

Unless you cancel the renewal, our system will automatically send a new invoice approximately 6-7 days before the renewal date. Then you will have 12 days to pay the invoice with any available payment method.

It can be seen from the content that a payment bill will be generated through email and backend 6-7 days before the VPS host expires. We have about 12 days to pay and renew. But if we have canceled the renewal bill before, which was the so-called automatic renewal issue before, we will not be issued a renewal bill. If you see that your vps host has expired, but you have not received the payment link and backend bill for a long time, you need to submit a work order to apply for a renewal bill!

If you have previously canceled the renewal and would like us to reactivate it for you please create a ticket. Note that if there is fewer than 8 days left before renewal date, we will not be able to reactivate service

If the order renewal reminder is canceled, we can submit a TICKET application to open it manually 8 days before expiration.

In fact, we don’t need to cancel the renewal reminder for Banwagonhost, because even if we bind Paypal, it will not renew automatically, and Banwagonhost also has clear instructions, as follows:

we never charge your Credit Card or Paypal account automatically. All payments to Bandwagonhost are user-initiated, without exception.

How should I check whether I have canceled the automatic renewal?

To check the current renewal status, log in to the Banwagonhost homepage and click my service under the service option. There is an item in the interface called renewal data. Under this item is written the date of your next renewal and the automatic renewal status, Auto-renew : ON (indicates that automatic renewal has not been cancelled) or Auto-renew: OFF (indicates that automatic renewal has been canceled)

In addition, please note that when registering, never use a proxy IP, use a real address to register and select the relative country and real region!
