Huawei Cloud has modified the bandwidth rules for EIP instances in the Hong Kong region. 1. The bandwidth size of a single instance, if it is less than or equal to 10Mbps, the outbound bandwidth = the purchased bandwidth, and the inbound bandwidth is 10Mbps; 2. The bandwidth size of a single instance, if it is greater than 10Mbps, the inbound and outbound bandwidth = the purchased bandwidth. This rule will take effect on December 10th. Bandwidth purchased before that date will not be subject to this rule, unless the bandwidth scale is modified on or after this date.

Generally speaking, servers only limit the uplink speed. This adjustment will have a huge impact on users. In addition, Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud currently have no restrictions on downlink speeds.
