According to the latest information obtained by Host Information, HostPapa, an established Canadian hosting provider, will take over ColoCrossing and other web hosting businesses belonging to Deluxe.

ColoCrossing was not mentioned in the press release, but sources familiar with the matter said:

Deluxe has reached an agreement to part ways with their web hosting and logo design business by selling it to HostPapa. This includes a variety of brands, including ColoCrossing .

HostPapa’s goal is to grow, so from my perspective, that means the brands that are being moved through this deal have a more promising future. Most importantly, I'm happy to know that the results are designed to provide better opportunities for employees and a better service experience for customers (through increased investment).

More than 90% of the suppliers in the ColoCrossing computer room rely on CC IP and cheap machines, including RackNerd, Virmach, ChicagoVPS and many individual and enterprise users, etc. This move may mean Its customers had to find another upstream supplier. Bloggers believe that the first thing to bear the brunt is the IP price, and they may rent the IP at a higher price to reduce ColoCrossing’s operating costs.
