Among them, after users in mainland China register for Tencent Cloud International Edition and open overseas servers and are blocked, they must submit identity certificates recognized by overseas regions before they can be unblocked.

For example, after registering for Tencent Cloud International Edition and opening a Hong Kong server that is blocked, if you want to unblock it, you must submit a valid identity document issued by the Hong Kong SAR government. After domestic servers are detected for abuse, some are directly and permanently banned without unblocking, and some require ID cards and letters of guarantee to be uploaded before they can be unblocked.

At present, another netizen has been banned because of Tencent Cloud's domestic host line transfer. The model is the cheaper Tencent Cloud lightweight application server provided by previous events. As for what abuse is, it goes without saying. Everyone should know that Tencent Cloud has a detection mechanism that can automatically detect whether there is abuse. If abuse is detected, it will be banned. After the ban, it will not be unblocked by default. If the user submits a work order for consultation, he or she can apply to unblock the server.

Hello, we have verified that your server has been banned due to violations. Whether it can be unblocked: Yes. Conditions for unblocking: stop violating the rules and provide a full commitment letter. The commitment letter requires the identity document of the account owner: a color scan of the ID card for a personal account, and a color scan of the business license for an enterprise account. The commitment letter needs to be printed out, signed manually, then photographed or scanned and uploaded to the work order. The content of the commitment letter must correspond to the violation handling data and violation type. The official company seal needs to be clear and not blurry, the scanned copy of the ID card or business license needs to correspond to the user information of the violation, and the signature date must be real-time, etc.
