How about EtherNetservers? EtherNetservers is a foreign hosting provider established in September 2013. It provides virtual hosting, VPS and independent server rental products. The data centers include Los Angeles, New Jersey and Jacksonville in the United States, of which Los Angeles/New Jersey is INAP. The machine in Jacksonville is Flexential. EtherNetservers is one of the few merchants that currently provides OpenVZ architecture VPS.
