A few days ago, I cleared some things in the NAS. They were some movies and TV series I had watched. I found that 2T of space had been released. The data of several PT stations had not yet graduated, so I wanted to clear it. Checking the data, I used to flash on 3O. The box has been marked and there is no download discount, so I have to use home broadband to flash. Fortunately, the upload at home can also reach 25M/S. It turns out that I installed qBittorrent4.2.5 There is no RSS function in the version. Fortunately, I collected some resources when I was a novice. After looking through them, I actually found them. I will record the process below.
Github resource address
https://github.com/miniers/qb-web
This is actually a new WEB-UI with its own RSS function
Installation process
Go to the address below to download the ZIP package
https://github.com/miniers/qb-web/releases
After downloading, unzip the file and copy the file to the qBittorrent folder of your NAS. Let me explain here. This template is actually the same wherever it is placed. As long as there is real location information, then we open qBittorrent and click the gear icon directly. (Tools-Options is also available) Open settings, find the WEB-UI tab, and enter the address of the file you just copied in [Use alternate Web UI] below.
For example: The location where I put the file only needs to be a real location. If you installed it with docker, it should be placed in the qBittorrent directory, because the container cannot access external files.
Then click Save to see the new interface.
There is a small pit here. After I installed it, I found that the list on the right was empty. Finally, I clicked on the tag to see the seed list.
As for how to set up RSS to refresh PT data, it has been introduced in detail in the author's project, so I won't go into details here.
Finally, some friends may ask, why not use the new version of qBittorrent, which automatically RSS, because according to current blogger tests, 4.1.9 and 4.2.5 are the most stable and not easy to get stuck, so it is not yet Changed.
