DigitalOcean launched a new German data center after being dormant for 6 months. The last time it broke out was to give away US$100 on October 13, 2014. In order to get a sneak peek, we immediately purchased a VPS with 512M memory in a German computer room for testing. The system is debian7 64-bit.
