arvixe is a long-established American hosting company that has been operating since 2003. Everyone is probably familiar with it. Their virtual hosting, reseller, VPS, and independent servers are all famously stable and the prices are moderate, but the machines are expensive. Not simple: all softlayer machines, 1000M port, raid10, Dallas in the United States, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and Hong Kong, China.
