This method is very outdated. Please check out the new method of setting up Thunder offline download: http://www.138vps.com/vpsjc/925.html
Sometimes I need to download some foreign things, but the access speed of foreign websites is really unbearable, and the idle time is not long. Xunlei's offline download is currently a joke, so I decided to build an offline download server myself.
I have passed the test on the CentOS 6 system. All ed2k links can be downloaded successfully, and BT (.torrent files, please see below for the download method).
Installation method:
yum install mldonkey-server #If you can’t find it, please install the epel source
/etc/init.d/mldonkey start #Must be started once to generate the /var/lib/mldonkey/downloads.ini configuration file
/etc/init.d/mldonkey stop #The service must be stopped before the above configuration file can be modified, otherwise it will change back after restarting the service
#Please stop the service before changing this configuration file, otherwise the modification will be invalid
vim /var/lib/mldonkey/downloads.ini
Find allowed_ips, add the external IP of the machine (you can find the IP of your computer through Baidu ip keyword), find allowed_ips, and change 127.0.0.1 to your own IP address. The software allows authorization to an IP segment. Please refer to the official website documentation for specific setting methods.
/etc/init.d/mldonkey start
Then open http://IP:4080 with a browser to see the interface.
Download method:
There is a long bar (command bar) in the upper right corner of the web interface, and there is a button called Input behind it. Fill in the address and click Input to add the automatic download (eMule address and http). If you want bt, enter dlllink /root/mulu/test .torrent, then Input.
The downloaded file is stored in /var/lib/mldonkey/incoming/ by default. The downloaded file is placed in the files folder. If it is a downloaded folder (bt type), it is placed in directories. Of course, these are Can be modified.
If prompted when accessing:
SECURITY WARNING: user admin has an empty password, use command: useradd admin password
This means that MLDonkey has a default user admin whose password is empty and needs to set a password. (PS: MLDonkey will not start if you delete this admin user)
Set a complex password for admin and enter in the command bar of the Webgui page:
useradd admin password
Click the input button at the back.
Log in as the admin user, and you can add another user of your own, such as:
useradd WtLoveYuesao 123456
Add a WtLoveYuesao user, the password is 123456.
