You can’t use it immediately after buying it. Because you are purchasing resources, you also need to set these resources to your preferred configuration, such as 2G memory, 1-core CPU, 500G traffic, etc., and then create a VPS. It can only be used after it is created. Some merchants even allow you to create users, assign VPS to users, and realize your dream of selling VPS.

The advantage of this type of resource pool is that it is convenient to change the IP. If the IP cannot be used, destroy it, go to region B to create it, or wait a few days and create it again, and the IP will be changed. And resources can be allocated reasonably by yourself.
