First: Login address http://login.189.cn/login Use China Telecom mobile phone number to log in.

Second: Open http://www.189.cn/dqmh/certphone/certphoneInit.do and enter your ID card and name.

If a number that you don’t have appears, it means that your ID card has been used fraudulently. You should call as soon as possible to inquire about cancellation.
