Introducing a new thing: serverbound.com, a VPS merchant that pays by the hour, is almost the same as do and vultr. They are both KVM virtual, SSD disk, and 1000M bandwidth. The difference is that serverbound defaults to each VPS. For 15T traffic, DDOS protection up to 80G is provided by default. Unfortunately, it only has a New York computer room. The current official statement is: they have their own IP (AS27176) and their own network (I guess they rent the cable for exclusive use? I don’t understand)
