Activity Rules

1. Activity target: New users who register directly on JD Cloud official website (ISVs, channels, and partners are not allowed to participate);

2. Activity time: 2019.9.4-2019.9.26

3. Purchase limit: New users of JD Cloud can choose 1 cloud server for purchase, and each person can purchase up to 3 units;

4. New users refer to users who do not have any orders after registering on JD Cloud, and each new user can only choose 1 configuration to purchase, and cannot purchase 3 cloud servers with different configurations;

5. You can only enjoy the discount when you place an order for the first time. If you need to purchase multiple units, please set the purchase quantity when you purchase for the first time;

6. During the event, you will receive free Jingdou when your consumption reaches the designated amount. 1000 ≤ consumption amount ≤ 2000, get 20,000 Jingdou beans as a gift, worth 200 yuan; 2000 > consumption amount ≤ 4,000, get 50,000 Jingdou beans as a gift, worth 500 yuan;

If the fee amount exceeds 4,000, 100,000 Jingdou will be given as a gift, worth 1,000 yuan; "consumption amount" refers to the total consumption of the user's purchase of cloud hosts and other basic cloud products (excluding JD Vientiane, Cloud Market, and Yunding). You must purchase the items on the event page. Only cloud servers are eligible to receive Jingdou rewards. If the user does not purchase the cloud server on the event page, he cannot receive Jingdou rewards. Jingdou will be sent within 50 working days after the event ends. If your account does not meet the conditions for receiving Jingdou on JD.com, we will send an equal amount of vouchers to your account.

8. This activity is not applicable in conjunction with other activities or discounts, and the purchase of cloud hosts does not support voucher settlement;

9. If the user conceals, fabricates, cheats, defrauds, or circumvents event rules and obtains improper benefits through other abnormal means during the activity, such as cheating, malicious cash-out, network attacks, false transactions, etc., JD Cloud has the right to Recover relevant rights and interests, cancel the user's qualification to participate in activities, cancel illegal transactions, and pursue the legal liability of illegal users if necessary;

10. The activity name is only for the convenience of users’ understanding and reference and has no validity. The actual activity content shall be subject to the specific activity rules;

11. Except for special circumstances, refunds are not supported for products purchased by users participating in this event. If a refund occurs due to special reasons, the relevant rights and interests enjoyed through this activity must be returned before the refund. For example, if the user makes a refund after receiving Jingdou, the refund amount will be deducted from the equivalent amount of Jingdou, etc.;

12. Unless there is evidence to the contrary, all rights and corresponding responsibilities obtained by users participating in the activity belong to the real-name authentication subject corresponding to the JD Cloud account participating in the activity;
