Windows 11 has much higher computer specification requirements, and also requires computers to have TPM 2.0, so older computers cannot enjoy the advantages of the new interface. Developer AceYo recently updated his Universal MediaCreationTool script to add support for Windows 11, and also provides a program to bypass TPM 2.0 checks, allowing everyone to upgrade their old computers to Windows 11.

Computers that do not meet the specifications cannot install Win11

Universal MediaCreationTool script is developed by Aveyo, a well-known foreign My Digital Life forum boss, and is open source on GitHub [1], it is a The stationary Windows 10/11 installation tool provides various Windows 10/11 versions from 1507 to 21H2, including enterprise versions and beta versions.

The latest version of this script has added support for the official version of Windows 11, adding a script called Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd, and logging into the registry at /HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/Setup/ Add the parameter AllowUpgradeWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU = 1 to MoSetup, and register a WMI event "Skip TPM Check on Dynamic Update". Delete the C:$WINDOWS.~BT/appraiserres.dll file during Windows 11 installation to bypass the TPM 2.0 check. Let everyone still install Win 11 on old machines.

The script automatically adds registration intent

9. After a round of inspection after agreeing to the authorization agreement, this garbled screen will appear. This is actually because the installer found that the computer does not meet the specifications. It reminds the user that there may be compatibility issues and Windows Update will not be received during the installation. Pressing the garbled button on the right means accepting the risk and continuing the installation;

10. After another round of procedures, this screen will be displayed. Click "Install" to officially start the installation;

11. After the installation is complete, execute Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd again as an administrator to delete WMI events. If executed correctly, a red "REMOVED" message will be displayed.
