1: Issuing a work order

virmach's system is a semi-automatic refund request.

Please first place a cancellation request for your service by navigating to the billing area, clicking Services, selecting the service you want to cancel, and clicking the red Cancel button. You will be asked when you want to cancel. Leave it as "Billing Period End" and click "Request Cancel."

Then click "Back" and the refund option will appear if you are eligible for a refund. Please click this button to proceed with your refund request. If this button doesn't appear, you most likely won't get a refund. We may also provide a courtesy refund or refund of store credit at our discretion if you forget to cancel your service and contact us within 3 days of receipt of payment in our system.

If the official TOS is not violated and the official agrees to give you a refund, then cancel the VPS and then reply to the ticket you sent! Two: Cancel VPS
