Virmach's VPS charges $3 for issuing a ticket to change the IP address.

Virmach does not automatically change IP addresses and computer rooms in the background like bricklayers do. Here, there is an additional charge of US$3 each time.

We will not change it if it is not necessary. The background needs to send a ticket first. Please explain the situation by sending a ticket to the official, and change the IP through the administrator. The steps are as follows:

• Generally, when we send a Ticket, we need to click "Contact Us" on the backend interface, and then select the corresponding category to fill in the content, as shown in the figure below.

• Open the Virmach backend management panel, enter the detailed interface of the activated VPS server, and then click "rDNS" in the red box as shown below.
• Next, we have directly entered the ticket submission interface. We can find the "IP Change Request" option as shown in the figure below. As you can see, changing IP is a paid service and the fee is 3 US dollars. I don't know how much it costs now. U.S. dollars, fill in the contents according to the red text.

• Normally, after completing the previous step, just click "Submit" below. To be on the safe side, we click "Add a Message or Related Service" at the bottom of the picture above to expand the interface as shown below.

As you can see, the default is not an IP change request. We can follow the red text prompt to change the IP related content. Please fill in English. After filling in, you can click "Submit" to submit. (If we can’t connect to the machine after we just started it, and it is confirmed that it is an IP problem, it is recommended to explain the situation directly here. You can ask whether the IP can be changed for free. The administrator should handle it for free according to the situation.)

If there is no special reason, the management staff will help you. But it is relatively uneconomical to change the IP.
