For most overseas hosts, if we have several data centers, we choose a certain computer room when purchasing. If it does not feel very good and needs to be replaced, we usually submit a TICKET and ask for manual help to replace it. Eagle Host has 5 computer rooms in Los Angeles and Singapore. If we are not satisfied with a certain computer room we selected at the beginning and need to replace it after use, we can use the following method.

First, apply for changing the computer room and submit TK

We submit a new OPEN TICKET and select the SUPPORT department.

Second, the submission content is as follows

After we submit it, we will wait for official processing. Generally, they will reply to you first. Do you agree that all data will be lost? At this time, you need to choose to agree, and then it will help you switch to the target computer room.

It should be noted that we need to back up the data first. Submit after backing up to avoid data loss issues.
