WebHorizon NAT VPS for as low as $4 per year

I have shared WebHorizon's regular VPS before, which is very cheap. VPS in Japan only costs 10 US dollars a year. However, WebHorizon also has a cheaper VPS, starting at just $4 a year. It's more suitable for tossing around, but not suitable for anything else.

The so-called NAT means that there is no independent IP. One IP is used by multiple VPS, and each person is assigned some ports. Everyone manages their own VPS through IP + port. Some merchants will do port 80 and 443 mapping to support website building.
