BBR, Ruisu one-click installation For Centos/Debian/Ubuntu

BBR and Ruisu are very good at improving foreign networks. It is recommended to use them!

Installation under SSH: It is recommended to use github resources:

Operate according to your own needs. After restarting, use the ./tcp.sh command and then the operation script will automatically detect the installation status. Please pay attention to the status detection under the script menu.
