Recently cloudcone can only open the homepage and cannot log in to the backend, what should I do? In fact, there are three ways to solve it.

One:

• Use the scientific Internet tool to log in to the backend. For this, you must first have the scientific Internet tool.

Second (recommended):

• Use alternative URL: https://app.cloudcone.com.cn to access. Open It's a bit slow. But I don't know if this is the official address or if it's someone else's reverse version. I haven't consulted the official address yet.

Third (Troublesome, it’s difficult for novices to handle.):

• This can be solved by modifying the hosts file.
• On Windows systems, you can manually specify the HOST to temporarily solve this problem. 1. Win+R to open Run, copy and paste C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and press Enter;

  2. Edit the hosts file, copy and paste 173.82.155.208 app.cloudcone.com into the text, and Ctrl+S to save.
