Hostsailor, a company run by a rich man in Dubai (registration number: A224/03/14/8150, Microsoft partner, RIPE member, LACNIC member, has its own network), mainly operates hosts in two data centers in the Netherlands and Romania Businesses include: virtual hosts, VPS (three virtual forms: OpenVZ, Xen, and KVM), and independent servers.
