Generally speaking, the return trip and the outbound trip are not considered detours. The actual situation depends on the running effect!
I compiled Nginx on VPS and lost a 1G data file. Guangzhou Telecom has 100M bandwidth. The measured download speed is about 15MB/S. Why can it exceed the theoretical standard value of 100M bandwidth?
