Evaluation: A ping of about 100 using ntt is okay. China Mobile's products are shipped from Hong Kong, and exports are still OK, similar to China Unicom's.

Summary: Vultr is a Japanese company. Currently, China Telecom seems to have undergone relatively poor changes. China Unicom and China Mobile can still play happily for the time being. Of course, the above test is for reference only, after all, the routes in different places may be different.
