How about the Shark Computer Room? How about the Shark Netherlands server? It is estimated that people with business needs in the Netherlands are more likely to know the answer. We have got an independent server in the Dutch computer room of Sharktech. This Dutch server has access to 10Gbps bandwidth and does not limit the traffic. We are going to use this machine to test it with everyone and share some data for your reference.

10Gbps bandwidth-unlimited traffic

Dedicated server, optional in the United States (Los Angeles, Denver), Netherlands (Amsterdam), 10Gbps bandwidth, (shared) unlimited traffic, comes with 5 IPv4, free 60Gbps DDoS defense.

The test machine is a dual-channel e5-2650v2 with 64G memory. The hard disk has a 240G SSD. BBR was turned on before the test. You can see that the I/O is roughly around 350MB:

Let’s take a look at the FIO test. The 4K effect here is actually pretty good:

speedtest China Mainland node tests the uplink and downlink bandwidth of the server. Generally speaking, the uplink speed is less than 400Mbps in Mainland China. This Xi'an node may be wrong, so please ignore it; for the uplink speed, it can run 4.4Gbps.

iperf3 runs on nodes in Europe and the United States, especially the Netherlands, and the maximum uplink and downlink are around 9.2Gbps:

China Telecom, Guangzhou, mainland China, the webmaster Chrome directly downloads the test file on the server, running approximately 11.4MB per second:

Packet receiving test:

Ping data of more than 120 nodes in mainland China provided by ping.chinaz.com:

Mainland China Telecom uses GTT for its outbound journey:

The outbound route of China Unicom is via telia:

China Mobile used to be CMI docking cogentco:

Return to China Telecom in mainland China:

Return to China Unicom in mainland China:

Return to mainland China China Mobile:

For the return trip, generally speaking, telecom users have a higher advantage. European telecoms go directly back to China; China Unicom and China Mobile are either cogentco or telia, which may be relatively weak during the evening peak period.

Finally run a single-core Unix bench:
