Since South Korea is relatively close to mainland China, although the NTT route is basically used to bypass Japan, it is still within an acceptable range, at least slightly better than the international BGP routes in Europe and the United States. From the personal understanding of the webmaster, VULTR's South Korea may be more suitable for China Unicom users, and the mobile user group can also make do, but the situation for China Telecom may be worse. Of course, this is all relative, and it is naturally worse than the direct line in South Korea.
