We have already tested the newly launched rak cloud (cloud server) of raksmart, which is optimized in mainland China. What we are going to share with you this time is the high-quality network line (that is, China Telecom CN2, China Unicom and China Mobile are optimized by the mainstream). In order to make the evaluation data relatively fair, the webmaster compared it between leisure time during the day and peak network explosion period at night. The data is for reference only!

Official website: https://www.raksmart.com

Recommended: Dedicated server, as low as $30/month, https:// /40932.html

The bottom layer is KVM virtualization. A single cloud server supports up to 16 cores, 64G memory, a default 40G system disk, and a data disk of US$0.08 per G per month. The bandwidth supports 1Mbps~1000Mbps (you can choose the size by yourself, and you can occupy it without limiting the traffic. Each Mbps is about US$0.4/month), the operating system is centos\debian\ubuntu\fedora\Windows server 2003-2008-2012-2016-2019, the network line is available as "Mainland Optimization" and "Boutique Network", and comes with it One IPv4, one snapshot, 2 backups, and the payment period is monthly, quarterly, half a year, or year. The lowest allocation is $7.59/month!

The CPU is the same as the cloud server used to test the mainland optimized line before. The webmaster turned on BBR and the hard disk I/O was approximately 171MB/S (seems to be very stable):

FIO test is basically close to the previous one:

It should be noted that when we purchased the test chick, we chose 10Mbps. We used the mainland China node provided by speedtest.net to test the uplink bandwidth and downlink bandwidth of the cloud server, especially the uplink bandwidth, which was basically 9.5Mbps. Above, the bandwidth still meets the requirements:

Comparison of evening peak hours: almost no change

speedtest.net other node tests in Asia:

iperf3 test results in Europe and the United States:

The webmaster, Guangzhou Telecom, used Chrome to test downloading files on the cloud server, and the speed was around 1064KB:

During the peak period, it is roughly around 1126KB:

Unix bench mark, single core 909, not bad, not bad:

There are probably more than 80 nodes in mainland China. Below is the test data provided by ping.chinaz.com:

For the outbound journey of China Telecom, take CN2:

Direct connection to China Unicom:

Mobile CMI is also directly connected:

For the return trip, to China Telecom: Take CN2 to Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou

Return to China Unicom: China Unicom AS4837 high-end line directly connects back to China

Return, move to mainland China: all direct connections
