henghost's US data center is considered the second key computer room of henghost. It mainly operates cloud servers based on KVM virtualization and independent server business, supporting high-defense servers, site cluster servers, etc. Currently, independent servers in American computer rooms are connected to the BGP bandwidth or high-end CN2 network directly connected to the three networks, and the speed should be very good. Since I have only used Henghost’s American cloud server before and it was not easy to evaluate, so today I will just make an evaluation on a stand-alone server and share the data for your reference only!

This test used 2*e5-2650, 48G memory, 480G SSD

FIO test seems to be very bad:

From the speedtest.net China node test, both the uplink and downlink bandwidth are at least 30Mbps:

The test results of other nodes in Asia are as follows:

Data from iperf3 running in Europe and America:

For American machines, take a look at PING. The data is tested from 80 nodes in mainland China at ping.chinaz.com:

The webmaster is Guangzhou Telecom, and the file on the server is downloaded directly using the Chrome browser at a speed of 2.7MB/S:

For China Telecom, take CN2:

China Unicom outbound, backbone directly connected to zenlayer Los Angeles computer room:

Mobile outbound, directly connected to the computer room after Hong Kong CMI:

On the return journey, to China Telecom: all are taken back via CN2

Return to China Unicom: Return directly from the Los Angeles Telecom node

Return to China Mobile: Take the Telecom CN2 link to return home

Finally, take a look at the Unix bench:

To summarize:

On the outbound journey, China Telecom and China Unicom are directly connected. After China Mobile uses CMI, it is directly connected to the computer room in Los Angeles, USA, which is equivalent to a direct connection.

For the return trip, China Telecom and China Mobile use CN2, and China Unicom uses the Los Angeles Telecom node to directly connect back to China. All three networks are directly connected.

Overall, the effect on the Internet is definitely not bad, and it should be very reliable when building a website.
