Let’s have a try and test “arasaka”’s American high-defense AS9929 vps. Arasaka officially promotes the 200Mbps AS9929 China Unicom high-end network, with a default 50Gbps DDoS defense. The front-end provides defense, and the back-end uses high-end China Unicom international network backhaul acceleration. This VPS is a good choice for comprehensive speed and defense when used to build a website. Next is the sharing of evaluation data, which is for reference only.

VPS is based on KVM virtualization, pure SSD, 200Mbps bandwidth, comes with an IPv4, 50G high defense, and uses China Unicom's high-end AS9929 network for return.
Memory | CPU | SSD | Traffic | Price | Purchase |
2G | 2 cores | 30G | 1T/month | 80 yuan/month | Link |
4G | 4 cores | 60G | 2T/month | 160 yuan/month | Link |
8G | 4 cores | 100G | 4T/month | 240 yuan/month | Link |
After getting the VPS, I just updated and turned on BBR. The CPU is e5-2650v4 (2.2GHz frequency), the hard disk I/O is about 128MB/S, and the IP is not native...
Hard disk read and write under FIO test:
In the evening peak test, what effect can a VPS achieve in mainland China? I used speedtest.net's three-network node in mainland China to try uplink and downlink. I found that the international bandwidth of Hen is estimated to be 10Gbps. The uplink bandwidth of a single VPS is roughly controlled at 500Mbps, downlink is roughly 1Gbps:
The data below was run the next morning. The official may have revised the VPS bandwidth. Generally speaking, the international bandwidth is about 1Gbps upstream and 5Gbps downstream. In mainland China, the upstream bandwidth does not exceed 300Mbps and the downstream bandwidth does not exceed 300Mbps. Up to 5Gbps;
The officially advertised bandwidth is 200Mbps, and the two tests above were both above 200Mbps...
Test status of other nodes in Asia (excluding nodes in mainland China):
The effect of running iperf 3 in Europe and America:
For files stored on the VPS, Guangzhou Telecom only accepts Chrome downloads, and the speed can reach 15.7MB/S during the evening peak:
It can reach 16.4MB/S during leisure time during the day:
The ping data of the 80 node test in mainland China is as follows:
Telecom outbound journey, telecom backbone docking with NTT:
China Unicom outbound, China Unicom direct to the United States:
Move outbound, export from Guangdong to Hong Kong CMI and transfer to PCCW to the United States:
Return to China Telecom: Take AS10099 from the Unicom node in San Jose to Hong Kong and then transfer to AS9929
Return to China Unicom: Same thing, China Unicom international AS10099 to Hong Kong and then transfer AS9929 to the mainland
Return to China Mobile: It is also the China Unicom node in San Jose. Take China Unicom International AS10099 to Hong Kong and then transfer to AS9929 to the mainland
The segment 162.219.xx.xx in the return trip above is easy to confuse. In fact, it is the Hong Kong segment, but the AS data update problem is not displayed correctly. From the delay, we can also guess that it will take 150 to go from the United States to the United States. If it takes more than a few milliseconds, it can only cause problems.
This test will roughly end here. To summarize: the outbound route uses large-bandwidth NTT, etc., to facilitate cleaning of attack traffic; the return trip to the three networks all uses China Unicom's high-end dedicated network to accelerate the return to China. This approach ensures that front-end attacks are no problem and back-end acceleration is not slow, which is an ideal approach.
