I got the lowest configuration cloud server with a CPU frequency of 2.1GHz. The webmaster turned on BBR. We saw that it was arkecx (zenlayer)'s own broadcast IP. The current hard disk I/O is roughly 462MB/S:

Let’s use FIO to test the details of hard disk reading and writing:

Everyone is paying attention to the network. We use the speedtest.net node to run it once to see how much it can run upstream and downstream. The data is roughly as follows:

For the same test, we switch to the evening peak period (when the backbone network explodes) and see the effect:

Look at the test data of some nodes in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa:

Look at the test results of multi-nodes in Asia:

The files stored on the test chicken, Guangzhou Telecom, let’s take a look at the download speed:

During the evening peak period, let’s take a look at the download speed:

Latency monitoring data of multiple nodes in mainland China (evening peak time test):

For the outbound journey, after the telecommunications backbone network, take NTT around Tokyo, Japan, then to Singapore and then to the United Arab Emirates:

For the outbound journey from China Unicom, after connecting to China Unicom's backbone network, take NTT to Japan and then to Singapore and then to the United Arab Emirates:

Mobile outbound journey, international CMI to London, UK and then back to UAE:

Return to Telecom in Mainland China: Take the tisparkle out of the UAE to Italy, then go to Telecom in Germany and come back

Return to China Unicom: Take NTT from the United Arab Emirates to Singapore, then to Osaka, Japan, and then connect the backbone of China Unicom back to China

Return, move to mainland China: leave the UAE and connect directly to Singapore and then directly to mainland China (the direction from Guangzhou is Singapore, then to Hong Kong and back)

Some test data on performance:

A rough summary:

The current server load is not high, and performance is still acceptable;

In terms of network, the most important backhaul plays a decisive role in speed. Unfortunately, China Telecom bypasses Europe. China Unicom and China Mobile basically have no problems and are good. Therefore, if it is used by users in mainland China, the speed of the telecom user group may be relatively poor.
