Varidata Limited was established in 2020 and mainly provides cloud server and independent server services in data centers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and the United States (Los Angeles). Supports a variety of payment methods including cryptocurrency, credit card, Alipay... This website brings you an evaluation of the cloud server in the Hong Kong data center. The data is for your reference only.

Here is a cloud server configured with 8G memory, 4 cores, and 200G SSD. The main frequency is approximately 2.1GHz. The webmaster has enabled BBR. The current hard disk I/O is approximately 737MB/S:
Test again with FIO to see the actual reading and writing:
Since we can’t see the bandwidth at all on the official website and only write unlimited traffic, we use speedtest.net’s multi-node to run it here:
You can roughly see that international lines have a bandwidth of about 500Mbps, and the bandwidth to the mainland is about 20Mbps uplink and 10Mbps downlink. At present, the delay of all nodes is within 70 milliseconds:
Compare the effect when the backbone network explodes during the evening peak:
Run a few more international nodes and see that the uplink here exceeds 2Gbps and the downlink exceeds 600Mbps;
Look specifically at the effects of nodes in Asia:
Run a few European and American nodes with 10Gbps bandwidth to see the data:
The files stored on Test Chicken, Guangzhou Telecom, download directly from the browser and check the speed:
Evening rush hour, the same environment, continue to look at the download speed, and compare it during the day:
Evening rush hour, Chengdu China Unicom’s download speed:
Evening peak, Hubei Shiyan Telecom’s download speed:
Latency test of multiple nodes of three networks in mainland China:
For the outbound journey of China Telecom, take CN2:
China Unicom's outbound journey is directly connected to the backbone network:
The outbound mobile journey is also directly connected to CMI
Return to China Telecom: take CN2
Return to China Unicom, completely direct connection:
Return, move to the mainland:
Beijing and Shanghai directions: Completely direct mobile connection
Guangzhou direction: take the telecom backbone direct connection and then transfer to mobile phone
Approximate results of streaming media unlocking test:
Cloud server performance test, approximate results of some parameters:
A rough summary:
At present, the performance of cloud servers seems to be quite good, such as CPU running scores, hard disk I/O, etc. are all good;
As for the network, China Telecom uses two-way CN2. China Unicom and China Mobile are directly connected through their own backbone networks, so there is no problem with speed.
If you are interested, you can consult the official in advance to see how much bandwidth will be provided. In particular, you should ask how much it will provide if you come to the mainland. Don't argue when you think the effect is not good.
