Installation

wget ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/atrpms/el6-x86_64/atrpms/stable/libev-4.04-2.el6.x86_64.rpm

rpm -ivh libev-4.04-2.el6.x86_64.rpm

This will solve the problem.
