Oneinstack opens and installs ngx with one click

Currently, among the Linux Web installation scripts provided in mainland China, we may use the Pagoda panel more often in environments with panels, but in environments without panels, Junge's LNMP and Oneinstack scripts will be selected and used. The former has a major version update every year, while the latter updates functions from time to time without a special release date. Today, when Snail was installing a script on a server in the company, he saw that it comes with the ngx_lua_waf firewall function and can be installed as an extension with one click.

First, installation process

First of all, we need to make sure that the current oneinstack is the latest version, because it is not included in the old version. If you don’t know how to upgrade to the latest version, you can refer to "One-click upgrade of Oneinstack Web environment to the latest version". Snail needs to remind everyone that there were errors in the process of upgrading to the latest version in the early days, so before upgrading, we can take a snapshot backup if we can, and backup it locally if we can.

Because sometimes errors may occur. After all, data is what matters most.

cd ~/oneinstack

./addons.sh

When calling the extension installation, we can see that there are five options. According to the actual situation, if you need to install ngx_lua_waf, select 3 and press Enter, then enter 1 to install, or you can uninstall.

Second, installation completion prompts

Here we see the installation completion prompt without any errors. Enter q and press Enter to exit.

Finally, Snail asked the script author and told him that as long as the website is added, ngx_lua_waf will be automatically included, and there is no need to configure it in the website.
