In terms of network, although it is a premium network, the return journey is basically based on international lines. This means that Premium Network does not guarantee that Telecom will use the CN2 line. The official only guarantees that it will use the CN2 network, and there is no guarantee that it will definitely go. From this point of view, the VPS of the Los Angeles boutique network line is not cost-effective. It is better to choose a cheap international BGP line!
